Spiral Air Ducts

Spiral-jointed ventilation ducts are manufactured from rolled galvanized or stainless steel sheets using a circular interlocking system on fully automatic circular duct machines.

The significant energy losses caused by leaks in conventional air ducts are minimized to negligible levels in spiral-jointed ducts, even at high speeds and pressures, thanks to the airtightness achieved.

Their aesthetic design and contemporary appearance make them suitable for various interior design applications and modern styles.

Manufacturing options are available in standard or custom diameters from 100 mm to Ø 1250 mm, and in single pieces up to 6 meters.

Machinable Sheet Thickness (Galvanized): 0.5mm - 1.2mm

Machinable Sheet Thickness (Stainless Steel): 0.4mm - 0.7mm
